The Go Center Youth Summer Program

The Go Center in Partnership with Christ Central Mission Station will host it's first Youth Summer Program June 7th - June 23rd. Youth ages 7 to 16 are invited to register for classes in Business & Professionalism, Dance & Crafts, Sewing & Design, Culinary Arts, Financial Strategies, and Visual Arts. All classes are free but registration is required. Snacks will be provided. See flyer for class dates, times and location.     Faith Based Program Notice:
    I understand that Commissioned Global Network, Commissioned Ministry Business & Arts Institute, and The Go Center is a faith based organization and services through this organization may include prayer and scripture readings/biblical references. 

    Behavior & Consequences:
    I or the directors of this program reserve the right to terminate a child's participation at any time. I understand that my child's admission to this program is a privilege and that any disruptive, inappropriate, or any behavior which is not consistent with this programs standards could result in the loss of that privilege.

    Waiver and Release of Liability:
    In consideration of the risk of injury while participating in any online or in-person instructor led activity and as consideration for the right to participate in any activity, I hereby, for myself, my child, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of mine or my child's participation in activities, and do hereby release and forever discharge Commissioned Global Network, Commissioned Ministry, Business, & Arts Institute, The GO Center, teachers, instructors, any entity where teaching and training is delivered, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss, that I or my child may suffer as a direct result of participation in the aforementioned activities, including traveling to and from an event related to this activity.

    I acknowledge that I have carefully read the Faith Based Notice, and Waiver and I fully understand that it is a release of liability.
    In the event that I or my child should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any cost incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance.
